Reconstructive dentistry requires all restorations to be fabricated at the same time not in groups of four to six units nor in one arch at a time. Reconstructive dentistry is a bio-engineering project. The teeth of the upper and lower jaw must function in three dimensions in harmony with two temporomandibular joints.
