Dr. Wright developed the Newport Occlusal Splint whilst in Graduate School at the University of Southern California, the birthplace of Gnathology, whilst studying Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction Syndrome. Dr. Wright personally fabricates each Newport Splint for his patients. The design is complex and unique and has been successfully used since 2001.
